Through twists, front body openers, and inversions we will detoxify mind and body. Explore what you’re ready to release and what’s ready to emerge and resurrect. Leave the practice feeling refreshed and invigorated. This journey includes Dharma, discussion, 80 minutes of Yoga asana, 10 minutes of pranayama and 20 minutes of meditation. All levels.
