Build strength and flexibility in this all levels Hatha yoga class. Sometimes we will move slowly and gently staying in shapes for several minutes and other times we may move dynamically and vigorously.

Multiple expressions of poses are offered as folks are encouraged to trust their own body wisdom and honor their access needs. Each class has a unique, inspiring theme and personalized instruction to cultivate safety and body awareness.

No Yoga experience necessary. Offered by donation. No one turned away for lack of funds.
