Yoga & Resources for Depression for BIPOC (virtual event)

Join Bree McDaniel, Psy.D and Satya de la Paz for an afternoon of Yoga, community, and introspection. Learn practical tools from yogic, psychological, therapeutic, and mindfulness perspectives to navigate feelings of depression and meet them with compassion and loving awareness. Through the sacred process of Circle we will bear witness to each other’s hearts and cultivate compassion.
Session will include trauma-informed Yoga asanas for all levels of experience and ability, discussion, lecture, journaling and partner work.
This event is for folks who self-identify as BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, & People of Color) This includes folks of Arab, Latinx, South Asian, Asian, and Pacific Island descent. Multi-racial folks welcome.
