Stillness & Bliss – A Fall Retreat
Illuminate the mind, ignite the soul, and connect to Beloved Community on the pristine coast of Northern California in Gualala. Located on 40 acres of an organic fruit and flower farm above the ocean, Rosewood Creek Ranch provides a secluded, grounding experience in both raw and cultivated beauty.
Explore the interplay of bliss and stillness as both our true nature and the Divine Play of the world around us. Dive deep into the Yoga tradition with Asana (physical Yoga postures), meditation, pranayama, mantra, and stories for connection and deep soul growth. There will be Yoga asanas offered for all levels of experience: Hatha flow and Restorative Yoga and periods of Noble Silence. Some afternoons will include excursions to hiking and beaches. The 5 day option will include 2-3 days of Noble Silence and periods of “rounding” where we move mindfully between Yoga asana practice, seated meditation, and walking meditation. Nourish yourself with exquisite farm-to-table meals. Space is limited to 9-12 people and an application is required.
