Come for a nourishing, slow flow yoga class at a Joaquin Miller Park and be bathed by Amber’s healing sound vibrations. This special grounding class will include sacred world instruments and chanting. All levels welcome. Variations will be provided for all abilities and folks will be encouraged to listen to their own body wisdom and access needs. Come join this special afternoon of healing, joy, and community in the woods! Bring your yoga mat and layers in case it gets cold. Park by the community center and walk toward the street.
