Qi Gong Beginner Series with Matthew
Qi gong is like physical therapy for your energy system. It consists of a series of movements combined with breath and visualization designed for balance and vitality in physiology. The parasympathetic nervous system is activated, and you’ll leave with a sense of relaxation, peace, and confidence.
Each class will meet in person and we will take it step by step building our practice starting with gentle warmups. All of the movements can be modified if needed for those with access needs. This class is designed for beginners in mind, but the seasoned practitioner will get a lot out of it. Some optional homework is given at the end of each class and by the end of the series a new practitioner will have the skills to practice on their own.
